I ordered a laptop in store on 1/29/24 that was to be shipped overnight to my house. On 1/30/24 I never received the laptop and I called the store only to find out that it was lost on the truck and it would take a few days for them to issue a new one. I asked them to cancel the order, I immediately received the confirmation of cancellation and I was told within 3 business days I would see the refund. It has been 7 days and when I call the store they just tell me that I have to call the 1800 number. When I call the 1800 number they just keep telling me how sorry they are and they need to escalate it but O still haven't received my refund. Resolution Sought Refund the laptop for the order that was canceled.

We can confirm that two credits for the total amount of $362.93 has been issued to the customer's original method of payment.  These credits were for the laptop and the 2-year protection plan purchased on 1/29/2024. We have also provided reference numbers for each of the credits that can be provided to the customer's financial institution should they need assistance in locating the credits. I was told over the phone by Zoe that I could return my item with no receipt. She said her manager Cody approved it. I drove 20 min to return it. I paid over$17 for it. I was given back $12 because the item is now on sale. Then I was given a store credit card. I explained I want told that. She said that's all they could do. I spoke again to Cody who asked Zoe in frount of me. "Did you tell her store credit?" Her response was " I think I did" I then called corporate and spoke to Nerida who said she would call the store. Q0 min later she comes back on the phone to tell me they won't do anything about this. The whole time a smoke alarm chirping in the background. I then asked for a manager. She refused. Then said he was in a meeting. Then said I cpuld wait 2 min on hold. Afterb15 min on hold she hung up on me. I know she did because I went to a survey. I gave all 1s. The store door I also stuck which us a fire hazard. I gave Cody another chance to make it right and he refused. I asked for his manager. He gave me the store phone number as Gerardo wasn't in today. As I was walking out of the store he yelled my manager will tell you the same thing. While multiple customers stared at me. Resolution Sought Refund the money that I paid in cash.
