I took a Covid test on Monday1/3/2022 at St. John's Lutheran church here in Louisville, ky where they used O'Hare Clinical lab services test. It is now 1/6/2022 I have tried calling with no answer. Twice they did pick up and you could hear them talking in the background then they put me on hold again. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I need to know my test results so I know when I can go back to work. In the mean time my work is making me use my Saved up PTO. Resolution Sought Please have them respond to me and give me results and if I filled something out wrong at least tell me so I can make it right and finally get my results.
