Took money out of my bank account without my knowledge

Owner is shaddy. Got mad and called me cause I only gave the company a 3 star review and harrsed me about that, then right after that took out $80 out of my bank account without saying anything, and tried to say I was locked out on my device, and I never was. Just went in early to pay for service for the month. His secretary even confirmed this with me and my wife. Don't trust this company!
