First if all I owe that facility nothing. I was a resident in the nursing facility. Apparently they said I owed for some food eaten upstairs in dining room. Which, I did not. They also injured me severely while on their rehab unit. Hewlett was stolen from Mr. Wirth over &2,000.00. I reported the jewelry missing. The manager at the time Brian told me I did not need to call police since I had two witnesses to me getting the jewelry. They both told him I had it. Aides from the facility. So Brian told me okay we will okay you. Heathen tried to get me to settle for way less than it's worth. I refused that offer with two people (their social workers. I told him 850.00 . So when they were going bankrupt he came up and said I don't remember agreeing to pay you. I told him this is pure corruption. Diana & Cassie the docile worker had come up one-day and ask ne. Brian said would you settle for 500.00 or 600.00 long before the bankruptcy. I said no. 850.00 is my limit. They then turned in the bill they say I owed on my credit. Resolution Sought For them to pay me for my jewelry and remove thus from the credit bureau. They the ones did not pay their bills and went bankrupt owning millions of dollars to their creators. This bill is not correct and it's unlawful. I'm in a nursing facility all my food us included.
