Ohio Truck sale are scamming people by falsely Advertisement on the Description of the truck , I had to deposit 1,039.00 to hold the truck that I was going to purchase. One day before I had to pick up the truck I found out that I was scammed and they refused to give me back my deposit . Resolution Sought To get my deposit back and move on. And to make people aware that they are scamming people.

We are a used truck dealership located out of Sandusky, Ohio. The trucks we sell are a high demand. With that said, we offer the service to our customers that we will pull the truck off the market for them to travel in to view the truck or get aligned their finances to be able to purchase. This typically is for one week where we set an agreement to not sell the customer to anyone else, allowing them the time to get into our dealership. The customer is informed in the disclaimer that these deposits are non-refundable, assuring that their interest in the vehicle is serious. Customers can transfer these deposits to other trucks or are honored for 1 year until we find the correct truck. The deposit money is put toward the purchase of the truck.
