Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Monday Nov 21 I was to receive my referral cash bonuses for the previous week in the amount of $650.00 cash paid out to paypal. On Nov 21 2022 i logged into OHM to cash out my 650.00 cash bonus to paypal it initiated along with a notification hold for verification and said look for a email from paypal. Well I've looked and looked hell i even called paypal has not received my 650.00 so i emailed OHM CONNECT to learn they did not release it but is withholding it. OHM CONNECTS commitment was to pay me $20 per referral Plus a referral bonus reward that i was given because i participated in OHM energy reduction programs. I was to Share my unique referral link with friends and family and associates And every time one of my contacts links their utility account to OHM CONNECT, i earn money! remit the bonus to my paypal. I have more than earned it by going around to all my family members homes urging them to sign up and telling them the benefits i have very much earned exactly what I'm owed. I have actively participated in OHM's double-sided referral program nearly 5 months now. I have even filled out a W-9 with them because i was making so much cash. I have promoted and refer many new clients to thier brand. Thiers no reason they should be withholding my bonus when i already submitted it for processing to my pay pal I'm sure OHM is sustainable to pay me out and they have been loyal all these months but $650 was the biggest cash out i ever had but i did work for it to and used my ga Resolution Sought For OHM to payout my referral cash bonus yo my paypal i have already initiated this payout they took it upon themselves to withhold it and I'm worried because it been a week and nothing has been released they said 1-3 days its past that
