To Customer Service Department: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your 23500 Valencia location on June 29, 2024, for my Infiniti M35 2009. I have been a loyal customer of Oilstop for many years and have always been satisfied with the service—until now. During my recent visit, the coolant in my vehicle's reservoir was obviously not checked and not refilled as usual. This oversight became apparent on August 16, 2024, when my car began shaking and lost power while I was driving. I called AAA for assistance, and the technician discovered that both the water and coolant reservoirs were empty. The AAA driver added water just to get the car safely home. I immediately arranged an appointment with a mechanic. Today, August 22, 2024, he confirmed that there was no leak, but the coolant needed to be flushed and refilled. I paid $184 for this service, which should have been unnecessary had the job been done correctly during my visit to Oilstop. I called the Valencia location at 10:37 AM today to report this issue. Unfortunately, I was met with rudeness from the manager, Peter, who refused to give me his last name and told me almost from the beginning that he couldn't talk to me. Resolution Sought Refund the $184 or give me a credit
