Effectively inform the public of the health and safety risk.
Some employees tested positive for covid-19, and instead of disclosing this information, they told a business next door NOT to tell anyone while the employees of that business were on the clock. The sick employees to my knowledge did not work after diagnosis, but the business did not warn anyone who may have come into contact with these employees, and actively worked to prevent the spread of information.
