OG&e is starting to tell me that I owe them 873 and I don't owe them. $241 of it is from somebody that used my name. They will not take it off of my account now they're telling me if I don't pay $547 it will shut my electricity off. They put a payment plan on my account when I didn't tell them to if you want to take it off now. Resolution Sought My desire is to have that 241 took off that somebody used my name that I didn't use and that take the payment plan that he said that they put on my account that I didn't open it off and make a payment arrangement on what I actually owe them. And for them to admit that I really don't owe them 547. Because I can't pay $547 I'm on SSI check. I'm not going to pay something I don't owe

Trying to get service started at a address in Fort Smith. They won't turn on service needed lease agreement. The guy I rented from doesn't do leases he just rents it. So I got to come up with lease agreement, now they won't turn it on, cause they accept month to month leases. Resolution Sought I don't want their service they can keep it.
