Oklahoma Paving & Chip Seal complaints

In June of 2021. I contacted Martin the Co owner, I asked him to come & give me an estimate for paving my driveway. He told me and my wife that he is the asphalt master that he has been doing it since he was 14. We agreed on a price and he had a crew there in a couple of days. I work out of town and I asked Martin if I needed to be home he said no. The crew removed my old driveway which was asphalt millings and they dumped it in the street . My neighbors told me this. Not long after the driveway was finished as was driven on it began to get soft spots and there was a large ridge down the middle of the north end of the driveway. I called Martin and asked him to come look at it. A couple of weeks passed and Martin came back and said I need to get some dirt and fill in the side of the driveway. I did as he asked. Still had a large soft spot. He sent one of his workers his name is Jonny. He was nice. He Said he was going to take a pick and dig up some asphalt. There was no base gravel, they had removed it. He said we are going to tear this whole north end out. Martins son Mickey showed up the asphalt was very thin. He said they didn't calibrate the equipment correctly. They tore the section out and said they would bring gravel for a base. They did horrible patch work. I asked Martin if he would be happy with this job. He said no. I am still having the same problems and I have tried to contact him several times by text and phone. No response and his number is not working. Resolution Sought I want my driveway fixed. I paid $19,000. And I feel that Martin should do the necessary work to fix my issues. After all he said he is the asphalt master. So far I am very disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I want the driveway that he promised to have installed. Not a bunch of patches and problems.
