I had rented from them at calico corners like 2 to 3 years ago. When I had moved out I didn't break lease or owed any money a walk through was done. Was told didn't owe anything when tried to apply I was told I owe them and can't be approved. They had put on my credit then took it out and put back on again. Didn't think they could do that I don't owe them Resolution Sought To take off my credit report so I can move and don't have to be staying with people. And also give me my money back for the application fee I paid and they kept it and said I owe them I don't get back.

Lease agreement signed by former tenant warns that owner reports to credit reporting and will take legal action if account balance is owed. Simply because 2-3 years has passed does not offer forgiveness of debt. We will release the complainant when the account is paid to the collection agency.
