Irresponsible, no respect for customer

MY EXPERIENCE: On October 19, 2018, I send a package to Venezuela, via air especial delivery. I was told around 6 days will take for the delivery, 10 days the most. 3 weeks later and after Several calls, I got different responses. Today, when talking to an receptionist, she refused to transfer me to a manager, also refused to give me a phone number or an address where I can send my complaint. Finally, when I asked her name, she disconnected the phone on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
