Well the owner have not returned to complete his job after he told me that he would so I took his word for it and I also paid him in full so I try calling him texting him evening left voice messages asking when are you going to come back to complete the job no answer no response and this is not fair to me Resolution Sought I would like for him to either come complete his work or return some of my money back because to get it complete by another company it will cost me 6000
