Old Byram Masonry of Mississippi, LLC complaints

Chad Griggs with Old Byram Masonry came out and assured us that for $5,000 our porch would look brand new. He ordered a pallet of bricks and sand to be delivered. It was delivered and we never saw him again. He sent 2 workers. He never came to make sure the brick matched or check the job. Not only does the brick not match the brick he tore down, the grout color doesn't match the rest of the house. When attempted to contact him he has not responded to messages or calls. He did respond to the person who referred us and told her we didn't let the brick dry before we complained. Now, over 2 weeks later he has still not come to check the job. They left mortar scattered on our walkway and porch and did not reattach our gutters. Our porch does not, in fact look brand new since he only replaced the skirting, brick/mortar does not match our house, and there is mortar mess everywhere. He or his brother Travis Griggs have blocked me on his business page so I can't leave a review and refuses to contact me back. Resolution Sought Rebrick like he said he would to make my porch look new. If the brick is unable to be matched then he needs to have my existing brick painted since he didn't have one conversation with me about the possibility of the brick not matching.

I would like to address the actions that took place after they were made aware of the complaint. Travis Griggs from Old Byram Masonry contacted me on Thursday, September 7th. He was extremely angry that a complaint was filed. He kept speaking over me and when I tried to talk to kept telling me to listen. Ultimately, he did not hear our complaints. He asked when I would be home on Friday the 8th. I told him my husband would be home all day and he could come anytime to which he refused and said he didin't want to meet with my husband he wanted to meet with me. I told him I would be home by 4 pm. He did not come on Friday, but showed up around 11am Saturday morning. He got out of his truck telling us that nothing was wrong, still not hearing any of our complaints. He said he would have someone come wash the brick and mortar off our walkways, but that no matter what he did we would not be happy. He never showed up to wash our brick or walkways. We still have two different bricks on our house. No resolution or attempt at a resolution has been made.
