Numerous stories told from day one of signed contract, which was March 1st 238 weeks to pool, being done. Pull took 9 months to get finished first 4 months pool was done with Rebar, no permit pulled. Pool owner kept saying slow on Palm Coast when I went to city. That was not the case city came out. Put hold on construction because no permits we're pulled this nightmare. After nightmare, tabertine was messed up had to be redone. Therapeutic jets were not done. Had to rip up plumbing and redo plumbing. When gun I was shot, my waterfall was not shot into the gun eye. So they had to come back and hand rebuild waterfall. When tiles were being laid around the pool around the waterfall, they were on symmetrical, so they had to come out and renew them as well. Resolution Sought Stop lying to potential customers and be on their word. Do what they're supposed to do and stop lying and putting permit issues off on the city when they were never pulled very unprofessional. The communication sucked so bad. I told owner a 100 times communication was bad. He was always respectful. Yes, ma'am, sorry, we are trying to get better. Nothing ever got better a frightening nightmare
