Last February we bought a new furnace from Oliver's heating and cooling. In November the next year we turned on the furnace and it only put out cold air. When had the vents checked they were fine. We then had the maintenance people from our trailer check the furnace. They said the metal outside vent was not sealed. We called Oliver. He came and said the metal vent came unsealed and caused water to get inside the furnace. After 3 weeks he replaced pressure switch. The furnace was still not fixed. It only pushed out cold air. We continued to call him letting him know it wasn't working. He would say he was going to come then never showed up. It has been a month since we first got a hold of him. I am on a fixed income disability. The furnace has a warranty. Resolution Sought Our heater being fixed.

I went up last week and took care of this. It was a mess understanding. I had a few people calling me on this and one told me that it was heating, but a few registers was cold. I apologize for any confusion on my part. I told the home owner if she had any problems to make sure she called. Also, on roof vent was the wind that caused it not being installed wrong.
