I applied for a cc with Ally in December 2022 was approved for $4000. In the mail I received an Ollo card. Assuming this was my new card with Ollo. I destroyed my old Ollo. Card. I was unaware that Ollo CC was now going to be Ally CC. So in January 2023 Ring Doorbell charged my original Ollo card for $39.95 .I called Ollo about slate payment but I was told that I have no balance. Eventually we figured out that I have 2 accounts so i disputed the charge from Ring. I got Ring to send me a message that I have no account with them no payment credits. Sent it to Ollo but they refused to issue any credits. Now Ally CC has reported me and charged off the account and they are messing up my scores. Ollo knew that they were wrong but don't care. Resolution Sought Credit back my account for the charge back for Ring doorbell and remove all fees they charged me. Remove all the negative remarks from my credit file

In Dec 2022 my Amazon account and Ollo card was charged 1,000. Ollo did a great job immediately working with Amazon to remedy the situation and all was resolved in a few days. It took the company till Feb to send me my new card which was disappointing as I was needing to use it and my other card that had the same situation occur was in the mail within 7 to 10 days. On Feb 5 Ollo recharged me the $1,000 fraud charges. I called the discuss with customer service. Customer Service reviewed account noticed the error and said it would be fixed with in 72 hours. It was not. I called back and customer service reviewed account and again said it would be fixed with in 72 hours. It was not. I call back each week in February hoping to resolve. Each call ended with promise of it being fixed within 72 hours. Also was promised supervisor would call me back. No one ever did. On March 7 Ollo Card charged me another $1,000 instead of crediting me a $1,000. I called Ollo customer service apologized again for additional errors and said account would be fixed in 72 hours. I know owe $2,000 of charges that are not my responsibility due to Ollo card staff errors and no resolution has been found only continued processes that it will be fixed and never is. Resolution Sought Please fix your company errors on my account so that it stops effecting my credit ability to live my life and provide for my children.
