We call after our door was kick in and we was scared crazy. Called to have security doors on. He insisted on half down and a check only. So we did and after 3 day we had to cancel because he never gave us a contract to sign . Stated he will get that later . HOA needed a paper with size and a how many windows to be approved . Every time we Call he would answer saying we can't get a refund. No business we have been with do not give refunds. Being a senior I guess he plan to take our money, we trusted him. The Check was made out in his brother name because he insisted. Unprofessional after he took our money! Resolution Sought I like a refund
