We paid a deposit to Olympus pools in March;2021. I recently requested a copy of their liability insurance and after numerous requests , we still have not received the document. This should be an easy request however, we also found out about Olympus' numerous complaints lodged against them by many unhappy customers. We have been through 2 designers and 2 project managers. No new project manager has been assigned. I spoke and emailed Marco Vazquez and Calvin Pulphus at Olympus and neither have produced the document I am requesting. Olympus is continuing to build pools and have to have liability insurance. Not sure why I can't get a copy . Not even sure our pool will ever get off the ground Please help. Resolution Sought I want a copy of the liability insurance. I want a project manager assigned and a meeting to take place. I want my pool built right and per our signed contract
