I ordered Christmas Meal 12/12/2021. Delivery was to be 12/17/2021. Package received 12/21/2021 rancid. I asked company to replace food. Told replacement would be received with substitutions on 12/24/2021. According to tracking package has not been shipped. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

We are very sorry for the experience you encountered. I can certainly understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we have limited the capacity as we approach Christmas and your replacement package did not ship as intended. It did ship in 12/26 and will deliver on 12/29. In addition, per your phone call to us on 12/27, your order has been completely refunded. In addition, I will also be emailing you a $50 gift card for a future purchase.
