On 05/18/12 I purchased an Omega Juicer from Bed, Bath and Beyond in Delray Beach, Fl. There was a lifetime warranty on the product. The cost was 119.99 because of a coupon. At one point a part became defected and they replaced it. this time a 'juicer screen' cracked on me and they go for around 34 to 50 dollars for the 8003 model. Bed Bath and Beyond was no help in replacing the part and just said they have a 2 months policy for returns. I called up the above manufacturer a nos of time and they said due to covid there is no live person to help but to email to them my request. i did three times with no response. Now i have no juicer and have to spend including shipping around 50 dollars to get a new part. That is not right on their part. Please help me remedy this or at least give some justice to this situation. Resolution Sought for the company to mail to me the broken part at no cost to honor their warranty lifetime promise.
