There are 2 nurses at Augusta state medical prison that on call hired they are very abusive to the patients

There are 2 nurses at Augusta state medical prison that on call hired they are very abusive to the patients ( inmates) refusing to give them proper care holding back life saving medicine letting them lay in their on master having to clean their own feeding tubes fussing screaming at them I was on the phone and heard a nurse making racist remarks to my son who is white the nurse is afro-American her name was Ms Walters the other nurse is Ms Copper I have complained to the warden and to On Call and have no results they need to be removed from the facility. Thank you for any help you can give me.
