I placed an order with OCM for a dorm package for my daughter on August 10th. OCM filled one part of the order and has not been able to fill the other part. My daughter moved into her dorm with no essentials such as sheets, towels and all the other items COM offered. Now a month later the company refuses to let me cancel my order and cannot tell me when my order will be fulfilled. Their customer service is terrible, no one answers the phone, no one calls back when I leave a message and the only option I have is a chat where I get the same response that my order is being processed. Resolution Sought I want my order to be canceled and my money refunded.

I called the seller on 7/30/2021 requesting the order be cancelled due to not receiving the order yet. These are items my daughter needs for college and would have to order elsewhere. I was told the order was cancelled and I would receive the order cancellation email within 3 days as well as a full refund. On 8/4/21 I called and was told the same thing. This tone I said I was staying in the phone until I received an email. I received an emailed starting my order was cancelled and would receive a refund by 8/6/21 at the latest. I have still not received my refund. Resolution Sought Refund my money as soon as possible.
