Order #OD8605 - Patriots Sherpa Jacket, Personalized I placed this order for a Christmas 2021 present. I never received the jacket and I cannot connect with the company for a refund. I am totally disappointed and wish I could just get a refund without this being such a big to-do. Really wanted this jacket. Resolution Sought Either send me the jacket I ordered or give me a refund of $89.95.
