Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I hired Tyler Mason, owner of On Time Construction to remove our old deck and replace it. I was too kind and gave him complete payment when it was not done. He told me would be back to secure the post caps, stair rail and fill in nail holes, none of which has been done. We have sent messages, with a response that it will be completed by December 5th , which has come and gone with no response. The hand rail is not attached and I nearly fell down the stairs several times. He also has a panel I purchased that was not needed that he said would return it which I have not seen. We also purchased a touch up kit for scratches on the black posts which we also have not seen either. Extremely disappointed with the result of our business experience. Resolution Sought Have the job completed.
