POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased some bras from this company. I received an email promptly after the order. After 6 days and no email regarding shipment I emailed them. I got no response. After 9 days of no shipment I emailed them again. No response. After 11 days with no shipment I emailed them again. No response. At this time I notified them that I would be filing a claim with the BBB, which I did.

I received an email from the BBB promptly letting me know that they would be in contact with Oncils.

Well,well,well, I quickly received my bras within a couple days after this. I'm not sure if they were en route or what?? They have extremely poor customer service. To me, that is suspicious.

I will never order anything from this company again. By the way, the product wasn't what I expected. I gave them to my granddaughters. Please buy USA!!!
