I'm making a complaint about my money that was taken without my permission. My name is LeTicha Hill I been dealing with this online bank called One Bank I been dealing with them since 2023 until last year in July when I was moving from 1221 W 59th St Los Angeles California 90044 I did not realize that I lost my debit card till the day that I was supposed to get paid on July 26,2024 a direct deposit from Social Security office $1,182.94 . Then on the 29th I received my back payment for $11,324.59 all of a sudden I received a receipts when and where my money was being spent at. Places that I never been. I filed a police report and sent it to the bank and they said that they need more information. So now I'm here filing a complaint for my money back that they stole from me. Resolution Sought Refund my money that I never received

One has advertised that is you spend $20 you'll get cash back. I made the purchase this way only to try the cash back offer and it wouldn't work with the app and kept getting a technical error. Then I used the debit card associated with the One account, same currency is going out of the account, they are trying to scam here. Many won't follow through, I have time to. Please see chat logs as proof I attempted to resolve first with the company. Resolution Sought $15 cash back posted to my account because I did indeed transfer money to my One account and spend the required amount.
