I would like people to know what bad business this is. I did not have a good experience with this company. I will never use this facility again.

One hour optical on Colorado boulevard screwed up on my glasses. I called before going to make sure they were ready. I was informed they were. Once I got there, they gave me the wrong frame. They wasted my time. Now I have to wait again. I am disabled. I feel they did this on purpose cause of my disability.
