No customer services skills what so ever.

I went into the agencies to file for the Covid 19 funds due to being out of work for 6 or more weeks. There was a lady helping me, but I have get more info. So she gave me a print out to come back and she'll finish my application .When I went back the following I was told couldn't see her. They gave me this very rude, unprofessional lady named ROSA. Which to this day would not complete my application. No customer services skills what so ever. People like her shouldn't be working with the public. Her dress code is bad, flip flops. I left there angry as hell. I would like for the agencies to screen their employees and ask them to try everyone equal. I had work all my life. Nothing given to me. And when people try to treat you like your slow it makes me mad. She also changed my pin number without my permission.
