My daughter took driving classes with the instructor name Prem Kumar. The package included ten classes with five hours defense class and car for road test. He was on the phone constantly during lessons. He took students for personal errands like doctor appointment. Then finally during the road test he left my daughter there with car. He called his family member and left her for the road test alone. As parents we were shocked at his unprofessional behavior. When I went on reviews I saw similar complains. Thank you am asking BBB for reimbursement as my daughter is leaving New York and going out of state for college. I am very upset and looking for proper judgement. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of $600.00.

Company states: I had given a package deal of $600.00 and there has not ever been any similar complaints previously on our reviews. I had an emergency dentist appointment due to sudden pain in my teeth. I sent my son who is a certified driver instructor as well the day of the test. We completed the 10 required lessons. If she was that dissatisfied why did she continue to take lessons with me and go for the road test. Since she failed the road test, she now wants to file a complaint.
