One year ago I bought a suv from One with him a 2008 ford edge I had the vehicle checked with Phil's auto pro service who found no major issues with my car. February my car needed repairs used older vehicle understandable again no major repairs. August I began to have issues with my ford I took my car to one with him since I was still making payments asked if he could help point out the issue. Turns out to be the waterpump which is under the engine. He said I was unable to drive my car off the lot I would blow the engine said it was fixable it would be 3 to 5 days. I called severl times to ask about my suv. I could not get in touch with him and the office people had no information. During this time he loaned me a van to use while mine was being repaired. First day i drove it i took it back same day the breaks did not work correctly and it overheated He loaned me a car me another car for the evening and following day. He asked for the car back said the van was repaired it was not. All the light would go on a lot of times I would have to push the breaks all the way to the floor. I work out of town I refused to drive out of town with it and probably should have not even put my kids in it I only used it for back and fourth to school for my children. On September 11 finally I was able to get in contact with Greg owner of one with him. I told him I went by and seen my car in parking lot I seen one of his mechanics and went to speak with him he said my suv was ready. Resolution Sought Not and finally got back on the 20th of September it lasted two days before breaking down I never authorized other repairs made to My suv in that time. He loaned another van seemed fine I figured all the repairs he was making how many more would it need after. More money just adding to my loan. I stupidity decided to keep the current van he loaned me lost out on all the money I put into my ford. Starting completely over not even a month and van broke down he needs to at least give something safe
