Worst experience of repairing anything in my home. In 78 years of being on this planet to replace a foot long piece of pipe that was leaking from my upstairs bathroom flooded my kitchen 4 days before I got any resolution. I had to have the water off for 4 days. Couldn't shower, couldn't use my stove had to. Permission from my neighbor to use their toilet. Borrow water from my dog, et cetera. They could not schedule repairs in a timely manner at all. When they finally replaced the pipe, it took an hour and 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I lost 4 days of work totally unacceptable practices if I would have read the reviews before I got one guard policy. I would have never gotten it all the reviews are negative, horrible, horrible company. I want to the 19th Avenue corporate offices low and behold closed down. Everyone working from home could not even talk to a real person ever unbelievable experience. Resolution Sought We'd like to get reimbursed some of my lost wages if anything.
