I bought a t-shirt from them that never arrived. It caused a huge disaster around the holidays because they kept saying it had been delivered or it was at the post office or something like that so I kept waiting and wasting time calling the post office and it got too close to Christmas and I had to pay for another shirt with $20 shipping to get my Christmas present in time. Now I keep emailing them (they don't answer the phone) to try to get my money back and they are refusing, saying I need confirmation from the post office, when that is impossible to get and they know the issue was on their end. Resolution Sought I want my money refunded.
