The price of my internet keeps going up and up monthly. There seem to be hidden fees and deposits that will come out of nowhere. I work from home since COVID and have no other option other than to pay. I feel trapped by this company because the community I live in has apparently contracted with them to be the only provider offering high speed internet. It seems like the only option is to move but I can't afford to do that. Resolution Sought Affordable, reliable internet with a black and white price that won't change month to month.
