I'm a person who is not to savy in computers. I never graduated high school. So my learning about technology is slim. Because I needed outside help I required of this company (Ongoing technology) it's In my home town of Dracut ma. Where I have lived for over 9 years now. I went in everything in the beginning was nice. I was debating giving a new company a chance . But the results were disappointing. As a business owner myself of HANDS OF GRACE GLOBAL MINISTRY AND MISSIONS. I know how costumer service is important. This company has disappointed me in the biggest way and I ask for my refund. Do to there lack of employee or what ever there unstableness is , cause of a result of this I have been directed to someone new Every time I was there. Cause of the inconveniences I was able to finish and got very discouraged and lost interest in this business and most of all lost interest in finishing what I have started. I'm a person very loving and gifted and blessing the unfortunate. I'm a very patient person who likes to keep the peace. I don't have the recording of a prior phone call where one of there managers was very rude and lacking understanding. I will not stand for to his. And all I ask is for my refund and cause of an unsatisfied customer. I no longer wish to be involved with such a business. Resolution Sought Give me my refund.
