This company is reporting incorrect information on all 3 of my credit reports stating I owe them, I currently have Duke energy lights in my name, the only way to have a open account is if the past due is paid in full, I paid this balance over 2 years ago iv asked the reporting company to provide proof that I owe the balance are immediately permanently remove from all 3 of my credit report Ms and they have failed to do so I need someone to please investigate this listed account throughly and have it permanently removed immediately are $1,000 fine should be paid for reporting incorrect information to the credit companies Resolution Sought Show updated proof from duke energy that I still owe this balance are Immediately permanently remove from my credit report

For disputed account, #1947950. You are knowingly/unknowingly; reporting falsified, forged/altered, fraudulent, illegal, info given to you by Huachuca Desert/AWI. I have proof and am willing to provide it to you. Examples; Awi, claim my physical moved out 11/15/17, actual 10/26/2017.Shown in the 30 day notice I gave &bank statements showing physical location, after being told by P. Coble, seen by Troy Davis,she could not bar my co-renter,as he was legal resident/joint lease holder. As VERIFIED victim of domestic violence. Proof of court order given to P. Coble, against joint lease holder, filed 10/24/17.He was added & update lease signed 6/8/17,via new manager, L. Garcia. She reused denied application submitted by Y. Quintana, 4/25. I asked why not new, was told it was normal, easier&no big deal. She said he was approved. No copies given, but repeatedly requested. 09/2017, neighbors file P.O. on me(by association)but target J. Courtright(Co-leaser).If not on lease, why was he not barred then?12/2017,false (maj.discrepancies of dates/names/charges)bill arrives.Phoned mangr, told he was not on lease nor never was,.Due to false info. given by AWI staff, I was forced to leave my home, elderly grandmother, & Dr. of high-risk pregnancy. Lack of medical care/insur. due to move, had huge role in mid-term loss,12/26/17.04/30/21,VP M. Burke, claims no knowledge of order, yet says glad that I took proactive measures on abuse/PO filing, while accusing me of lying about abuse/order. Resolution Sought The immediate closure/removal, of this account from record/credit profile. Immediate cease/desist action to pursue this debt. Please note; after contacting VP,M.Burke,4/29/1/21via email, he responded w/letter w/what he called "facts". After review, I responded w/ detailed proof, "facts",as they truly were; False/fraudulent.After seeing said proof, he immed. blocked me from contact. Had messaged, Pres. T. Williams,as well w/no response. I tried to fwrd. mail to her, was immed. blocked there too.
