I ordered an item from themand was sent a completely different item. I reached out immediately upon seeing that and asked for a refund. I was told I needed to send photos to show proof the item wasnt used and Id get an email with shipping label. I sent the photos multiple times and never got a label. I am now hung up on when I call. Im out of $154 and stuck with an item I didnt order and cant do anything with. Resolution Sought Give me my money
