We had an agreement verbally & through text he would fix the damages to the Mercedes after his shop failed to do the hired work correctly. I was asked to send pictures. After sending the pictures and we talking I then returned back to North Carolina for a 3rd trip and the custom wrap job was getting worse instead of better. He added another design to cover up the damaged side and it's now coming apart. I asked for a refund of1500.00 because I had to use someone else car, pay extra insurance and miss three work days and travel. Each time I had to allow time and he would not be close to finish. I'm one of many, but I don't mind being the one who stops him. This started out with a fender bender and I just decided to wrap it because everyone kept hitting me, now Dail the owner is taking me for a ride. Lies, told me he was having hard times and was driving trucks. He was avoiding me and others the entire time. I've met two others at his place and they've said the same horrible things. He talks a good game, but doesn't stand behind his work. Resolution Sought Shut down and refund me the entire amount since he didn't want to be fair.

The car was originally bought to us to wrap.Mrs.Wright was not sure on a color then decided on blue . We wrapped the car and she was not satisfied. I had her bring the car back to repair (which we did) and also threw in blacking out the chrome which was not in the agreement. She showed up hours early to pickup vehicle cause she had a hair appointment I had advised her it needs to sit in the sun to cure . When she arrive she was very happy with the look of the vehicle we even looked over the car she was satisfied. Two to three weeks later she contact me about some lifting which I had already told her it need to cure . I then told her to send pics where I can see what the vinyl was doing to see what can be done she sent 3-4 pics of door handles and mirrors and that was it
