Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Onstar refuses to send any type of renewal invoice showing how much renewal amount is and what the package contains. Each time you call the service representative has a different answer. The only way you can pay renewal is by phone or sending check w no invoice attached. Worse customer service ever experienced Resolution Sought Need Onstar to step up and start caring about there member

Traded 2022 GMC Caynon Denali for a 2024 Lincoln. Dealership charged me $1500.00 for subscription for Onstar with purchase of truck. Would like refund or transfer On star to 2023 GMC Cadillac. Resolution Sought Refund me my Remaining Balance.
