They have already refunded our money, I just want people to know how awful they are, and that they have terrible customer service overall.

This company does nothing for the customer, but screw up their accounts. I have had several billing issues with them over the time that I have been enrolled. The most recent issue is that they canceled my account with no notice, because I had the car for 5 years. They also had notes from someone saying that I had sold my car. This is not true. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
