Fast talking agent insisted payment upfront to include Installation. The amount was $215.55 dated 09/27/2022. Bate and switch on date of installation dated 09/29/2022 ) the technician insisted he didn't have requested camera available. So I must pay for the new model $197.09! Stating I would have first charge refunded. The refund was only $98.56. Total rip off $412.64. Owe me=$215.55. Invoice reads used one as described as battery, and the other as installation and camera. I didn't purchase a battery! Resolution Sought Return full overcharged payment, of $215.55 . Did return $98. And kept $117.55 of unauthorized funds!
