It was overpriced. Was supposed to get 50 percent off. Smaller than I thought. Constantly putting water in reservoir and charging, but never at the same time, so this is bull too. It leaks. So I am constantly wiping around and under it. Never gets real cool. Resolution Sought Refund of all my money.

If the customer bought the product directly through our company, we need a copy of the receipt/invoice or order confirmation email to verify the transaction and direct him or her to the appropriate department. We will need the customer's full name, both billing & shipping addresses, order date, order or reference number, name & description of product ordered, and total cost of the order. We are unable to resolve the customer's product issue until we verify and confirm the details of this transaction through a valid proof or purchase - either a receipt/invoice or order confirmation email. We have yet to receive the customer's full name, both billing & shipping addresses, order date, order or reference number, name & description of product ordered, and total cost of the order.
