I don't want a refund. I purchased an Artic Air recently from my local Kohl's store. Totally wasted my money. Did everything right and it did not cool anything down. I'm tossing the unit. Ontel Products should drop selling this product. It just leads to people living in this hot country to throw their scarce dollars away. Now that's something to get hot about.
