I participated in a sale where a large amount of my inventory was unaccounted for more than what is reasonable to expect. In addition several of my things were actually purchased which I have proof of that I was not paid for. Furthermore with no notice after preparing for an upcoming sale I was "banned for previous threats ". I absolutely never threatened anyone. I'm assuming that some of this is stemming from retaliation for my my pointing out that open system breast pumps are illegal to sell in Pennsylvania and they are being sold at the sales. I in no way threatened anyone. I pointed out several unprofessional things that were happening at the sale and I stated that it's important how you treat the consigners as well as the buyers. I stated that without consigners you don't have a business. Resolution Sought I'd like to be paid for all things unaccounted for and not participate with future events or have my account restored so I'm able to make money at future sales .

Company Response

In response to the consignor statement above Onward Kids would like to clarify. The consignor had an agreement with rules and procedures signed that were not followed and many rules were broken during her time with the sale. One of the procedures that was not followed was how to transfer inventory sale to sale properly. Due to her not completing this as needed she was advised that her items would not scan at the sale and would not come off her inventory making it very hard to determine which items sold and which did not and make a manual logging of items subject to more errors. Consignor agreed to continue selling her items even once this was brought to her attention. No communication took place after that time about missing inventory. Consignors are encouraged to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to mailing checks and I have checked all communications including Facebook, email and text and have no evidence that the consignor communicated the issues above. Complaints became aware of 5 months later once consignor attempted to register for the following sale and was unable to do so as she was blocked for several factors from the previous sale. Includinging but not limited to: When the consignor’s inventory was not approved for sale at the owner’s discretion the consignor became rude, disrespectful, and raged in front of other consignors. Many witnesses can attest to this conversation. After a period of 30-45 min of anger the consignor was asked to leave the sale. Threats were made during this rage of "putting us out of business", and "she would never sell with us again" to name just a few. The consignor broke several rules when it comes to inventory including inadequate descriptions on items, inadequate packing of items, inadequate drop off times selected for the amount of items, and bringing a child to drop off which is all stated on website and seller signs the agreement all has been reviewed before consigning. Claims of breast pump conversations cannot be recalled by the owner in any way until emails were sent after being blocked. At this time a legal team is looking into this law as it is not clearly stated anywhere that breast pumps may not be sold. The consignor has continued to email multiple times after requesting for her not to do so with continuing threats stating she has videos she will share with the public; these have been advised illegal in PA as no one allowed her to record audio during the drop off or sale. We understand she may be frustrated but these frustrations would have been eliminated if the consignor read and followed the agreement signed during registration for the sale. Please note that this consignor continues to request to sell her items with us even as she files this complaint.
