Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This company makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. No online way to cancel you can only call. I've tried to call 6 times over the last year, you just get put on permanent hold. I canceled 3 years ago and again 2 years ago, and they continue to charge my Credit Card. I got through this morning after 30 minutes on hold, spent 15 minutes with a rep getting my info and trying to get me to stay. Now, they have to connect me to someone else to actually cancel the account. On hold again, 20 minutes and counting. Resolution Sought Cancel my account, a credit would be nice, but I know there is no way that is happening based upon your business model.
