I had made an appointment with Cassandra at Opal Nail Lab. I had an appointment on the Dec 29th at 10am, her car wouldn't start so we rescheduled same day for 12, no worries things happen. I show up at 12 & there is another girl waiting for Cassandra to get her nails done so Cassandra texts me saying she double booked & her car still won't start but she can come tomorrow, me being me I say no worries things happen & agree to the appointment on Dec 30th at 11:45. So I show up at 11:30 & she texts an 11:34 saying she can't get to me today, so I leave & she says she can see me Jan 6th at 2. She texts me at 1:19 canceling & wanting the rescheduled for Jan 7th "same time no problem". So I show up at 1:50 & wait in the salon until 2:30 & the other lady who works there told me she's been doing this to clients a lot lately & wont come in the salon. Meanwhile Cass doesn't text me ALL DAY to apologize or give a refund. So I message Monday to ask her for a refund for the $100 that my sister got me as a gift to get my nails done & no reply so I message again Tuesday & she basically tells me she is "not equipped" to send the money back at the moment. I asked her when she will send it & she didn't reply. I texted every day since Saturday asking for a refund for the money she is currently stealing & she didn't reply until last night & basically told me she had no desire to be on her phone or deal with the world at the moment. Resolution Sought Refund the $100 & pull her License as she is stealing from clients.
