The Representatives I briefly spoke to Most Definitely Needs to be Trained on Customer Service

The last 3 representatives I have spoken with the last couple of times were extremely rude customer sevice was definitely rated a zero! I was only requesting minor assistance. Both calls were answered rudely as if they was being bothered or sounded as if the had just woke up! my incidents occured the 1st March28 2019 2nd May 04 2020 and the 3rd today July 22 2020.

The fraud employee needs to be talked to about his customer service.

I called into customer service. They sent me to fraud dept. I was wondering why my credit card kept getting declined at certain stores. When talking to the customer service/ fraud person. He was very rude and started to talk louder towards me. Worst customer service. I asked him a few questions and wanted some answers. He then told me, they have records of text me sending to me, but I never got it. He kept arguing with me and started to raise his voice louder. This person needs to be talked to or disciplinary action should be address. Not a happy customer...
