Customer Complaint

I participated in two market research and was not compensated for either. One took over two months of feedback and essays and the check was sent to a wrong address. They agreed to resend it but never did. Never received the mail and when I told them they said they won't send another. Second check for another study they simply said I never participated. They closed the login portal where I could login to show my participation and simply refuse to check on my behalf. Resolution Sought For them to check my participation and to be issued both checks or 285 plus 50.

Consumer states; I received the check but did not cash it yet. I wanted to reply fully so kept postponing. I am satisfied and thank you for helping.
