Ordered from this company. They ship via FEDEX and the shipping address got changed to a company across the street from me. ONLY Opopop can call FEDEX to correct. I have reached out to them and their customer service is rude and pointless. Resolution Sought I want what I ordered shipped to the CORRECT address.

REVISED 04/14/2022: Company emailed informing this order was refunded as well. We've spoken to this customer multiple times trying to help them with their order and delivery. They had entered their delivery address incorrectly to a building across the street from the correct address. We've expressed that due to the shipping method on the order (FedEx Smart Post) we were unable to change the address on our end. We've suggested to the customer that we would refund their order or send a replacement and we've tried to be as helpful and kind as possible. We are sorry to this customer that they had a bad experience with us and are working to improve these situations moving forward. -The Opopop Team

REVISED 04/14/2022: Consumer confirms complaint was fully resolved a refund was also received. The company made it right and shipped to.the correct address. FEDEX changes our address, BTW,
