Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Yes 66.10 was taken from my checking account for services that I do not have or have never had. I want my money refunded as I have spoke to them and they say they cannot do this. Please help . Resolution Sought Refund my money to my checking account.
